Each Sunday of Advent, we will offer an online yoga class featuring a teacher from the Christians Practicing Yoga Community.

This week Allyson Huval will focus on Christians Practicing Yoga’s valued practice of “incarnational theology.” We focus on the embodiment of Jesus as God and explore the divinity already inside of us. No props are needed but are certainly welcome!
