Embodied Holy Week: Our Practice Offerings

Each year we each approach Holy Week with a body and mind transformed by, and likely carrying the burdens of, the year’s events. While we were physically distant, we found community in our shared experience. Yoga offers us the opportunity to bring these bodies, our whole being, into the sacred Holy Week traditions. We will come to the mat together, to Christ, just as we are now.

To that end, teachers in our community offer a host of free and donation-based gatherings. We hope you will find time to practice with us. Please drop in to all or just one.

Christians Practicing Yoga

We study the intersections of yoga philosophy and Christian theology—and the practices of both—in order to provide support, education, and community for an interdenominational Christian audience. Please consider a small donation to keep our site running.
