In Wednesday’s session, part 2 of this 3 part series, we took a deeper look at praying at set times throughout the day, known as Liturgy of the Hours or The Daily Office. Dana and Katrina discussed not only how to do it and where to find the prayers for each day, but how this type of rhythmic prayer – and prayer rhythm -- has been a blessing in their own lives. They each spoke of how their yoga practice trained their mind and body for this style of praying.

We hope you can join us live for sessions 3, where we will practice together and learn about contemporary versions of this style of prayer. It’s so good to practice together, especially at this time, and encounter each other through these different traditions. Thanks to all who join us live, and blessings for all of you who practice in your homes using the YouTube video.
