Introduction to Sacred Chanting with Cynthia Bourgeault.

In this video, Cynthia Bourgeault introduces us to sacred chanting. Here, Cynthia discusses how sacred chanting unites the center of the heart with the vibrational intelligence of the body. Sound is composed of vibration and intention; they’re like a sacred color palette of vibrations that feed are body. Her story of monks in a French monastery in 1969 demonstrates the effect of chanting on our mental and emotional well-being, and we think it is worth a listen!
