Embodying Pentecost

A rushing wind ignited the flames of Holy Spirit in the hearts of the disciples, engulfing, empowering, and equipping them. In the same way, working with the alchemy of air/breath/Spirit, fire/accupressure and our bodies of earth, we can invite Holy Spirit to kindle within us the fire.

Kristy asks that students come prepared with a yoga mat and three blankets or beach towels.

About Kristy

Kristy DiGeronimo has been facilitating holistic wellness practices for women since 2002. As a massage therapist and registered nurse, she discovered greater physical balance and spiritual connection through yoga. Kristy’s yoga classes are a multi-level fusion of traditional yoga sequences, energy medicine practices to awaken and balance the subtle body, inspirational readings, prayer, and silence. She encourages a lighthearted practice that acknowledges the sacred ordinary and the miraculous nature of heart, soul, mind, and strength.
